We are hiring Shift Leaders who are motivated, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and can establish a cohesive team, raise profitability, and deliver outstanding service. The ideal candidate leads by example, tackles problems, seeks help when needed, and provides mentorship to their team. Prior restaurant experience is a plus.
Responsibilities- Lead and mentor a shift team to deliver high-quality customer service and product standards.
- Identify and resolve issues promptly; escalate where appropriate.
- Assist in managing operations to support profitability and efficiency.
- Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure a positive work environment.
- Prior restaurant experience is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Ability to motivate a team and manage day-to-day operations during a shift.
