Base pay range: $17.00/hr - $24.00/hr
Position Summary:
Do you like to work on your feet and keep things neat and organized? Our merchandising & stocking associates connect all of the dots to make sure members can find everything they have on their shopping list. Depending on the shift, responsibilities may include moving inventory in the backroom, unloading trucks, fulfilling club pick-up orders, or helping members while stocking shelves.
This is a fast-paced, physically demanding role that can be like going to the gym. You will be part of a team with a common goal – helping members find more of what they love, for less.
- Promptly unload trucks
- Assist fellow associates as needed throughout the store
- Sort and stock products on shelves and in the backroom
- Engage with vendors and drivers with a positive attitude
- Maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready area
- Assist with club pick-up orders and staging according to policy and procedures
- Support safety and cleanliness standards; respond to unsafe situations and follow company procedures
Provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs; guides and supports members with self-service technology; assists with purchasing decisions; locates merchandise; resolves member issues; and promotes company products and services.
Maintains safety of the facility by conducting safety sweeps; following forklift spotting procedures; handling and disposing of hazardous materials according to policy; and reporting unsafe conditions to management.
Maintains sales floor and merchandise presentation by zoning, stocking, organizing displays, pricing, identifying shrink, and securing fragile and high-shrink merchandise.
Monitors product quality by ensuring rotation, dating, recalls, and sanitation standards; and maintaining prominent displays of promotional and seasonal merchandise.
Complies with company policies and ethics by applying related action plans and Open Door Policy in daily work.
Completes work assignments by coordinating with managers and coworkers, prioritizing tasks, communicating progress, and adapting to change and feedback.
Ensures club pick up orders are filled and staged according to policy throughout the day.

The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $24.00. The actual rate will equal or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in certain circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
