Salary: $22.74+ hourly ($15.05/hr base rate + $1333/month targeted commission)
$1000 sign‑on bonus

Job Description What you will be doing
  • Work directly with customers in a retail location, evaluating their potential product needs and making appropriate recommendations.
  • Provide outstanding customer service with all customer interactions.
  • Help customers interpret and clarify their account statements and pay their bills in the store.
  • Solve customer issues, answer questions, assist with accounts, upgrade services, and process requests.
  • Provide expert‑level understanding for customers and Comcast products and services.
  • Maintain detailed sales product knowledge, including competitive information.
  • Contribute to a fun and competitive environment and connect our products and services to customers’ everyday lifestyles.

What You Will Need To Have
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 2–5 years of related experience, preferably consumer electronics or wireless retail sales.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, variable schedules, and overtime as needed.
  • Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
  • Ability to carry and/or lift 25‑pound boxes and stand and move about the store constantly.
