Job Description What you will be doing- Work directly with customers in a retail location, evaluating their potential product needs and making appropriate recommendations.
- Provide outstanding customer service with all customer interactions.
- Help customers interpret and clarify their account statements and pay their bills in the store.
- Solve customer issues, answer questions, assist with accounts, upgrade services, and process requests.
- Provide expert‑level understanding for customers and Comcast products and services.
- Maintain detailed sales product knowledge, including competitive information.
- Contribute to a fun and competitive environment and connect our products and services to customers’ everyday lifestyles.

- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 2–5 years of related experience, preferably consumer electronics or wireless retail sales.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, variable schedules, and overtime as needed.
- Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
- Ability to carry and/or lift 25‑pound boxes and stand and move about the store constantly.
