Rust Automation & Controls - Inside Sales Representative

Overview

Rust Automation & Controls, a representative of Endress+Hauser, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative with a strong technical background to support customers and drive business growth. This in-office role leverages knowledge of industrial automation, instrumentation, and control products to provide advanced technical support, develop tailored solutions, and partner closely with outside sales teams.

• Provide technical, application, and product support
• Proficient in product selection and application
• Understand PID data to provide appropriate solutions
• Act as a resource for teammates and share knowledge
• Conduct field visits to customer sites for relationship development, training, and driving sales
• Own and manage certain sales initiatives to drive business directly with customers

• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical documents and bid specifications
• Ability to present information clearly and professionally to managers, reps, and customers

• Actively seeks information to understand customer circumstances and needs
• Acts independently and on own initiative
• Uses understanding of customer needs to initiate solutions
• Implements customer feedback to improve overall experience
