In this in‑office role, you will leverage your technical expertise in industrial automation, instrumentation, and control products to provide advanced technical support, develop tailored solutions, and partner closely with outside sales teams.

• Provide technical, application, and product support.
• Proficient in product selection and application.
• Understand PID data to provide appropriate solutions.
• Act as a resource for teammates and share knowledge.
• Conduct field visits to customer sites for relationship development, training, and driving sales.
• Own and directly manage certain sales initiatives to drive business directly with customers.

• Actively seeks information to understand customer circumstances, problems, expectations, and needs.
• Works independently and takes initiative.

• Implements customer feedback to improve overall experience and prevent issues.
