Job Summary:

We are seeking a Framer to join our team! As a Framer, you will read blueprints or building plans and construct the specified framework using a variety of tools and materials. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe job site, caring for tools and equipment, and following safety protocols. The ideal candidate has construction experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Examine, read, and interpret blueprints and building plans to ensure accuracy and proper material usage.
• Safely operate construction tools such as nail guns, routers, saws, and ladders.
• Construct frameworks including walls, door frames, and floors.
• Use rigging hardware and cranes to install framing.
• Maintain tools, work site, and equipment for safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints or building plans.
• Previous experience as a framer or in a similar construction role preferred.
• Ability to work on your feet and lift heavy or awkward objects regularly.
• Strong attention to detail.
