We're searching for someone who can meet the following qualifications:

• Sales and customer service experience
• Technology proficiency
• Ability to perform the physical requirements of the job
• Commitment to acting ethically
• Ability to connect with customers, convey empathy, and diffuse conflict
• Must be local

The ideal candidate is communicative, patient, and diplomatic with customers. Organizational skills and an eye for detail would also be helpful.

Your responsibilities include installing and replacing HVAC equipment, maintaining a company vehicle, and keeping the necessary stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment. You travel to job sites, closely follow schedules, and communicate delays to customers. Designing duct systems for optimal comfort and efficiency is crucial, and your ability to engage with homeowners leads to potential accessory sales or system replacements. Generating customer invoices accurately and efficiently is a must.
