inside people’s homes
, on active job sites, and in the community.
- Emergency Cabinet Removal (ECR) and cabinet reinstallation
- Safe counter top support and cabinet handling
- Diagnosing and solving unique jobsite challenges
- Adapting removal and installation methods to varying conditions
- Clear, calm communication with homeowners
- Prompt, complete communication with builders, shop, and office staff

You will be evaluated on

- Perform Emergency Cabinet Removal (ECR) in occupied homes
- Safely brace and protect countertops
- Take detailed measurements, pictures and drawing of kitchen and damaged cabinents for repair and reinstall.
- Remove, label, protect, and reinstall cabinets and components
- Perform cabinet fitting, scribing, alignment, and modifications as needed
- Adapt techniques based on cabinet construction, damage, and site conditions
- Make sound on‑site decisions and escalate issues when appropriate
- Interact with homeowners in a
kind, respectful, and professional manner - Clearly explain work scope, process, and next steps
- Treat homes as personal spaces — protecting finishes, belongings, and privacy
- Maintain a calm, professional presence during post‑loss situations
- Leave work areas clean, safe, and organized
- Communicate
promptly, clearly, and completely
with: - Builders and shop personnel
- Office and scheduling staff
- Estimators, finishers, and other trades
- Provide job updates, photos, and documentation as required
- Ensure smooth handoffs between field, shop, and installation phases
- Safely operate tools and jobsite equipment
- Maintain tools, company vehicles, and jobsite cleanliness
- Follow all safety, PPE, and company procedures
Required Qualifications (Non‑Negotiable)
- Proven experience removing and reinstalling cabinets
- Strong understanding of cabinet construction and installation
- Excellent on‑site problem‑solving skills and judgment
- Enjoys varied work and adapting to new scenarios daily
- Strong communication skills with homeowners and team members
- High attention to detail and respect for others’ property
- Ability to work independently while keeping the team informed
- Reliable attendance and personal accountability
- Alignment with Renew Medic’s mission and values
- Valid, current driver’s license and clean driving record (insurance eligible)
- Ability to safely operate a company vehicle
- Ability to pass a background check, consistent with applicable law
- Experience in disaster restoration or insurance claim work
- Experience mentoring or training other technicians
- Experience coordinating with multiple trades
Work Environment Requirements
This role involves physical labor and active jobsite conditions.
The employee must be able to:
- Lift and carry materials up to 50
pounds

- Work safely in residential and commercial environments
- Use required PPE and maintain focus around tools and equipment
