Position Overview We are looking for a reliable, organized, and hands-on
** Club Coordinator
** to lead daily operations at our
** West Jordan Picklr
** location. This is a
** fully on-site role
** requiring
** 40 hours per week in the club**. This is not a work-from-home or hybrid position.

The Club Coordinator is responsible for maintaining order on the courts, ensuring club rules are followed, keeping the facility clean and organized, and managing the club team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.###

Key Responsibilities #### Club Operations & Oversight
* Oversee day-to-day operations of the West Jordan club
* Be physically present in the club during scheduled shifts (40 hours/week)
* Ensure the facility remains clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times
* Assist with opening and closing procedures as needed
* Monitor court usage and help keep play running smoothly#### Rules & Member Flow
* Enforce club rules in a friendly, professional manner
* Assist members with court rotations, paddle stacking, and open play flow
* Address minor member concerns or conflicts calmly and respectfully
* Maintain a safe and fair playing environment#### Team Management & Scheduling
* Manage, support, and lead the club staff
* Create and maintain weekly employee schedules to meet business needs
* Hire, onboard, and train new employees as needed
* Set clear expectations and ensure staff are present, prepared, and performing their roles#### Facility Organization & Cleanliness
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the club
* Coordinate light cleaning and organization during operating hours
* Identify maintenance or supply needs and communicate them promptly#### Customer Experience
* Greet members and guests and provide assistance as needed
* Support front desk operations during peak times
* Foster a welcoming, positive environment for members and staff### Qualifications
* Previous experience managing a team in a facility, gym, recreation, or hospitality setting preferred
* Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
* Comfortable enforcing rules while maintaining a positive member experience
* Dependable, proactive, and hands-on
* Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
* Must be able to be on your feet and actively engaged throughout shifts

This role is ideal for someone who wants to lead from the floor, not a desk. You’ll have full ownership of the daily club experience and play a key role in keeping the West Jordan location running smoothly, cleanly, and professionally.
