Your attention to detail and ability to stay organised will be crucial in maintaining project records, documentation and databases that support informed decision-making across the programme.
Working closely with colleagues, contractors and supply chain partners, you’ll help coordinate a wide variety of administrative and procurement activities while ensuring meetings, documentation and communication processes run smoothly. Your contribution will enable project teams to focus on delivering key decommissioning objectives while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and professionalism.

You’ll possess strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Word, Excel and PowerPoint, with the confidence to work accurately with data, documents and reporting requirements. Experience gained within a technical, engineering or finance environment would be beneficial, but more important is your ability to stay organised, demonstrate initiative and adapt to changing priorities within a busy project setting.
