A healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacist Prescriber to support a service in Preston. The role requires an Independent Prescriber who can manage complex medication regimes within a busy clinical environment. Responsibilities include providing medication reviews, prescribing, and working with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective patient care. The successful candidate will also need to have drug misuse and prison clearance or eligibility to obtain it.
