LT Safety Consultant

OnPoint Industrial Services is seeking experienced Safety Professionals to support a long-term construction project in West Lafayette, Indiana. This project involves GC operations and self-performed concrete and excavation work, along with oversight of electrical and mechanical subcontractors.

We are looking for safety professionals with a strong construction background and hands-on concrete experience who can support a busy, active jobsite.

• Location: West Lafayette, IN
• Start Date: October 19, 2026
• Project Duration: Approximately 1 year+
• Schedule: 5 days/10-hour shifts + one 8-hour day
• Overtime: Paid after 40 hours
• Employment: Full-time, W-2

• OSHA 510 required
• Minimum 3 years of safety experience
• Concrete construction experience required
• Strong construction/civil safety background
• Experience with excavation and/or concrete operations
• Experience working around electrical and mechanical subcontractors preferred

• Provide daily safety oversight on an active construction site
• Support self-performed concrete and excavation operations
• Conduct jobsite inspections and safety observations
• Identify hazards and ensure corrective actions are addressed
• Review and support JSAs/JHAs and pre-task planning
• Conduct toolbox talks and safety meetings
• Monitor subcontractor safety compliance
• Work closely with GC and project leadership to maintain OSHA and project safety requirements
• Support incident reporting, investigations, and corrective actions

This is a large-scale construction/civil project involving:

• Excavation
• General Contractor operations
• Electrical subcontractors
• Mechanical subcontractors
• Active field construction
