Our client is looking to fill the role of R&D Engineer 2. We’re a global CDMO specializing in regenerative medicine, and we’re looking for an experienced Biomedical Engineer to support the development of next‑generation medical devices and biomaterial products. In this role, you’ll lead key work streams, drive innovative design solutions, and collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams across quality, regulatory, engineering, and production.

• Salary: $70-90k

• You’ll contribute to the full development lifecycle by generating technical documentation, validating test methods, gathering user and customer requirements, and ensuring designs meet clinical, quality, and manufacturability standards.
• This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, technical environment and enjoys solving complex engineering challenges.

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in medical device or implant design.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and documentation skills.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and manage project timelines.
• Travel up to 10%.
