Join a passionate rehab team at Lafayette Pointe and Oak Pointe, two supportive and collaborative skilled nursing facilities. We are excited to offer a PRN opportunity for a Physical Therapist / PT where your expertise will make a daily impact in patient care.
Location- West Lafayette, OH
- Baltic, OH
Provide physical therapy services on a PRN basis at our facilities, utilizing your expertise to support patient recovery and daily care.
