Are you an Occupational Therapist (OT) with a passion for helping older adults live with greater independence and quality of life? If so, our Rehab Team is seeking its next employee‑owner team member to deliver meaningful, patient‑centered care in a supportive, clinician‑focused environment.
As an Occupational Therapist (OT), you will evaluate patients, establish functional goals, and creatively implement individualized treatment plans. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary care team, meet productivity and documentation standards, and play a key role in helping patients achieve critical outcomes while serving as a trusted partner to the community you serve.
Responsibilities- Establish appropriate goals and creatively execute treatment plans, including supervision of Occupational Therapist Assistants.
- Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation.
- Help patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
- Valid state OT license.
- Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
- Experience in acute care, long‑term care, or rehabilitation is preferred but not required.
