Responsibilities
  • Organize, confirm, and process guest check-in/check-out and adapt for changes; verify guest identity
  • Respond to and resolve guest requests
  • Secure payments, verify and adjust billing as needed
  • Provide guests with room and hotel information, directions, amenities, and local interests
  • Run daily reports and communicate updates to the next shift’s staff
  • Complete cashier and closing reports, counting the bank at the end of each shift securely
  • Accept and record wake-up calls and relay to the appropriate department
  • Maintain confidentiality of all guest and proprietary information
  • Communicate emergencies, lost items, or theft to staff and/or authorities
  • Report maintenance problems, accidents, and safety hazards
  • Maintain contingency lists for emergencies and convey necessary messages
  • Protect company assets
  • Comply with quality assurance expectations
Qualifications / What you will need

Minimum Requirements

The role requires standing for long periods, reading and visually verifying information, and the ability to grasp and manipulate objects. You must be able to move, lift, carry, push, and pull objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance.
