• Provide high‑quality service to all guests, creating personal connections through friendly conversation, intuitive suggestions, and engaging surroundings.
• Maintain high cleaning standards of the bar and complete daily cleaning and side work.
• Be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes; accurately answer guest questions.
• Ensure guest satisfaction with food and drink quality and presentation.
• Process all payment methods and complete end‑of‑shift paperwork.
• Promote teamwork and contribute to creating a friendly and safe work environment.
• Checkwwer identification of all guests and monitor beverage consumption to prevent over service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Previous bartending experience preferred but not required.
