The School of Applied and Creative Computing (SACC) at Purdue University, created from a strategic merger of the former departments of Computer Graphics and Computer and Information Technology, invites applications for a major hiring initiative. As one of three keystones of the Purdue Computes initiative, we are seeking innovative colleagues to join us in our foundational year. Openings include Tenure-Track Assistant or Associate Professor positions in areas such as Cybersecurity, Applied AI, and Creative Computing, and Assistant or Associate Professor of Practice positions focused on Cybersecurity or open to all computing areas.
QualificationsTenure-track
candidates must have completed a Ph.D. or expect to complete their Ph.D. by August 2026 in computing or a closely related field.
Professor of Practicecandidates must possess either a Ph.D./terminal degree or a master’s degree with a minimum of five years of relevant industry or teaching experience.
