• Oversee all casting and extrusion equipment maintenance activities, ensuring that all machinery is operating at optimal efficiency.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and increase equipment longevity.
• Manage facility operations, ensuring that all systems, including mechanical and electrical, are functioning properly.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential issues and implement corrective measures.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of spare parts and equipment, ensuring that all necessary items are available for repairs and replacements.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and guidelines, implementing measures to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Lead, manage, and train a team of maintenance technicians, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Manage the maintenance budget, ensuring that all expenditures are within the allocated funds.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors, negotiating contracts and managing service agreements.
• Conduct regular staff training sessions, ensuring that all team members are up-to-date with the latest maintenance techniques and safety protocols.

• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in a similar role, specifically in casting and extrusion maintenance.
• Extensive knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, with a strong ability to troubleshoot and repair issues.
• Proven experience in preventive maintenance, equipment maintenance, and facility management.
• Excellent inventory management skills.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Solid understanding of safety regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent budget management skills.
• Strong vendor management skills.
• Ability to conduct effective staff training sessions.
