Indiana University Health Medical Group has an exciting career opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner to join their team-oriented West Lafayette Family Medicine Clinic.

• Full Time (36 patient contact hours/week)
• 4 day work week is an option
• No call, 100% outpatient
• Busy, traditional Family Medicine practice with care of all ages
• Collaborative, positive and patient focused culture
• State of the art facilities with lab and imaging onsite

• Masters prepared Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner, Adult Geriatric Nurse Practitioner or Primary care focused PA
• 5 years' experience as an RN prior to obtaining Master's degree is preferred
• Must have excellent communication, critical thinking, interpersonal and planning skills
• Hard working, proactive and a team player that is dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care
• Consistent and consecutive employment or training history
• IN License or eligible
