Chemical Application Technician

Pay

Base pay range: $41,600.00/yr - $43,680.00/yr

Green Light Lawn Care Inc. is seeking a full-time Chemical Application Technician to join our growing Plant Healthcare Team. This position plays a key role within our Turf and Ornamental division and is ideal for a motivated, career-minded individual who takes pride in delivering high-quality lawn and landscape services.

We are looking for someone who is dependable, eager to learn, and interested in developing long-term skills within the green industry. Green Light Lawn Care provides training, growth opportunities, and a supportive team environment.

• Perform lawn and landscape chemical applications in a safe, efficient, and professional manner
• Complete daily production routes while maintaining consistent service quality
• Utilize company app-based technology to accurately document services performed
• Track and monitor product usage to ensure proper application and optimal results
• Maintain equipment and vehicles to uphold safety and operational standards
• Assist in identifying potential improvements to customer landscapes and plant health

Work Location:

In person (West Lafayette, IN)

• Valid and acceptable Indiana Driver's License (must be maintained)
• RT Pesticide License or the ability to obtain one within the first 30 days of employment
• One year of landscape, turf, or related industry experience preferred (training provided)
• Willingness to learn a skilled trade and apply oneself daily
• Ability to work independently while operating vehicles and application equipment safely
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
