As a Meat Cutter, you will assist in the daily cutting of fresh beef, pork, and grind. You will also follow the production schedule to meet requirements for advertised fresh meat cuts. You will process meat products, fulfill special customer requests; ensure market and seafood cases are kept full, rotate and fresh with prepackaged meats; as well as promote customer service.

MUST BE 18 YEARS OF AGE

• Familiarity with weights and measure processes specific to meat processing
• Ability to understand and follow specific safety and sanitation procedures
• Experience in product presentation and packaging
• Experience using Computer Assisted Ordering applications
• Experience with inventory control procedures
