Do you take pride in building outdoor spaces that last for decades? At Green Light Lawn Care we’re looking for a skilled and motivated Hardscape Crew Member to join our team. This role is hands‑on, fast‑paced, and rewarding – you'll be part of creating stunning, functional outdoor living areas that our clients will enjoy for years to come.

$25‑$35/hr

• 2+ years of professional hardscape installation (pavers, retaining walls, etc.)
• 2+ years of landscape installation experience
• Strong working knowledge of laser transits, compaction, and base preparation
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Dependable, responsible, and quality‑focused mindset
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Valid Driver’s License required
• Must pass a background check
• Willingness to relocate to West Lafayette, IN before starting work

• Assist in the installation of paver patios, walkways, retaining walls, stairs, outdoor kitchens, and firepits
• Perform excavation, grading, and preparation for hardscape projects
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment safely and efficiently
• Set up and use laser transits for proper grading and leveling
• Support landscape construction with planting, mulching, and softscape work as needed
• Work closely with crew members to complete projects with precision, efficiency, and attention to detail
