* Responsibilities:
* * Install, repair, and maintain a variety of HVAC systems, ensuring peak performance and reliability.
* Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues with HVAC systems using advanced tools and techniques.
* Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units.
* Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals to efficiently resolve system malfunctions.
* Calibrate controls, test system performance, and make necessary adjustments to optimize functionality.
* Adhere to all safety standards and regulatory compliance requirements during installations and repairs.
* Deliver outstanding customer service by clearly communicating solutions, answering questions, and addressing concerns professionally.

* Experience:
* At least 5 years of proven expertise in the HVAC industry with a strong understanding of both residential and commercial systems.

* Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing complex HVAC systems and components.

* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients.
* * Problem-Solving:
* Strong analytical skills to identify issues quickly and implement effective solutions.

* EPA Certification, NATE Certification, or equivalent credentials.
