You will assist in preventive maintenance, interact with tenants, plan service, and help coordinate safety, inspections, and repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, roofing, and security systems.
The ideal candidate has a HS diploma, 1–5 years building trades experience, and a responsible work ethic with strong communication.
