Soccer Shots is the #1 Children’s Fitness franchise in the country. We provide a 30‑minute session to ages 2‑8, focusing on fun, confidence, and foundational skills.

We are hiring part‑time coaches for morning classes (approximately 8 am–12 pm). Coaches must be available full days three times a week, Monday‑Friday, or have consistent afternoon/evening schedules. Commit to at least 3–4 seasons (9–12 months); long‑term commitment preferred.

• Lead 30‑minute Soccer Shots sessions, teaching fun soccer fundamentals to children aged 2–8.
• Manage a group of 10 + children, ensuring safety, engagement, and attendance.
• Communicate regularly with the Soccer Shots Director of Coaching.
• Maintain a neat, professional appearance and courteous interaction with childcare staff, directors, and parents.
• Occasionally lead consecutive sessions (2–4) when required.

• Reliable transportation and own reliable vehicle.
• Daily access to a computer, printer, and internet.
• Experience working with children aged 2–8 and ability to remain enthusiastic and animated.
• Basic soccer knowledge helpful; experience not mandatory.
• Professionalism and punctuality – arrive on time.
