Seller Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for sellers once the property is listed
- Maintain consistent, proactive communication throughout the listing lifecycle
- Educate sellers on market conditions, timelines, and next steps
- Manage expectations with clarity and professionalism
- Ensure sellers feel informed, supported, and confident at every stage
- Oversee active listings from launch through contract acceptance
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, listing coordination, transaction management)
- Monitor listing activity, feedback, and market response
- Recommend pricing or strategy adjustments based on performance data
- Prepare, explain, and negotiate offers, counteroffers, and addenda
- Guide sellers through inspections, repair negotiations, and contingencies
- Protect seller interests while keeping transactions moving forward
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness of all documentation
- Follow established SOPs, workflows, and communication standards
- Accurately document updates in CRM and transaction systems
- Participate in team meetings, trainings, and strategy sessions
- Maintain clear communication with the Primary Listing Agent
- High seller satisfaction and trust
- Strong negotiation outcomes and contract execution

- Active real estate license
- Experience representing sellers or managing transactions through escrow
