A leading, highly successful and growing firm of chartered accountants with multiple offices based in Tonbridge is looking to bolster their team with the addition of an Audit Senior. The firm provides accountancy, tax, audit and advisory services to a mix of clients across Sussex and the Southeast, including corporates, professional services and not‑for‑profit organisations. Clients are primarily owner‑managed businesses in a variety of industry sectors.

The role offers excellent progression potential and career advancement prospects. As an Audit Senior you will have responsibility for audit, accountancy and tax services to an exciting client base. The remit of the position can be built around your experience and aspirations.

Support the delivery of high‑quality audit work, supervise junior staff, delegate work, and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.

• You will be ACA/ACCA part‑qualified or qualified.
• You have a strong background in audit or audit and accounts, with demonstrable audit experience gained within a practice environment as an Audit Semi‑Senior, Senior or Associate.
• Your experience has been gained in a Top Tier, Mid‑Tier, Top 50 or large/medium independent accountancy practice.
• You demonstrate strong communication skills, both internally and with clients.
• You have experience supervising others, delegating work and strong organisational skills.
• Good understanding of auditing and accounting standards, strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Confident communicator with a professional approach to clients.
• Motivated to progress your career within a Top 15 firm.

• £45,000 – £55,000, dependent on experience and background, negotiable.
