Orbit housing Association is seeking a Property Improvements Coordinator on a fixed-term contract. You will support the Contract Manager, Project and Assistant Project Managers by collecting, analysing and reporting data to inform improvement programmes and by providing financial, project and administrative support.
You’ll process works orders, invoices and valuations, keep the asset management system up to date and assist with stock condition, fire risk assessments and other areas as required.
