Orbit Group is seeking a Customer Care Administrator to provide essential admin support to the Customer Care Team, ensuring smooth post-handover defect handling and warranty period service for new build homes.
You will log, coordinate and track defects, arrange contractor appointments and maintain accurate customer records, working with site teams and contractors to resolve issues within agreed timescales and deliver empathetic, professional service.
