Management Accountant / Financial Analyst

My client is seeking a highly capable Management Accountant / Financial Analyst to support the organisation during a period of positive transformation. This role will drive strategic financial analysis and collaborate with senior operational leaders to enhance efficiency and performance across the organisation. This role will be for an absolute minimum of 6 months but is likely to go on for longer.

Client Details:

Large organisation going through an exciting and pivotal period of transformation.

• Deliver strategic financial analysis and insightful commentary to influence business decisions.
• Develop financial templates with scenario-based forecasting to support planning under uncertainty.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Support monthly reporting, particularly for operational functions.
• Represent finance in senior management meetings and contribute to cross-functional initiatives.
• Assist with ERP system transition and provide ad hoc support across the finance team.

• Qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) or part-qualified with substantial experience.
• Strong communication skills to present complex financial data clearly and confidently.
• Proven ability to influence and build relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Commercially curious with the ability to link financial insights to strategic outcomes.
• Large company background.
• The ability to start at short notice.

Up to £270 per day (paye) dependent on experience.

The opportunity for hybrid working once up and running in the role.

High possibility of an extension post the initial 6 months.

37 hour working week.

Mid-Senior level.
