KRP Lead Intelligence Analyst

Overview

We have a unique and rewarding opportunity for a dynamic, self-motivated Lead Intelligence Analyst to join our specialist Intelligence & Data Team, supporting the Kent Resource Partnership (KRP) and working closely with all 12 District and Borough Councils. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role where you will provide expert intelligence and analysis to drive effective enforcement activity and support strategic decision-making across Kent.

• Promote intelligence-led approaches in fly-tipping enforcement.
• Serve as the main contact for fly-tipping intelligence across councils and partners.
• Create analytical reports and profiles following national standards.
• Advise enforcement teams and managers to guide investigations and actions.
• Provide intelligence training for consistent practices among officers.
• Conduct detailed checks and collaborate on cases involving major offenders.
• Identify trends and intelligence gaps to inform priorities.
• Support strategic projects with intelligence and insights.

• The ability to travel across a wide geographical area in a timely and flexible manner at various times of the day is essential.
