The Fresh Produce Centre Ltd is seeking a Production Lead Operator (Team Leader) to manage a designated packing line in Tonbridge, Kent. You will train and supervise the line team, ensure safety, quality and on-time orders, and work with management to optimise performance.
Experience on a food production line is essential; SAP production management experience is a plus. The role requires good people skills and the ability to coach staff through busy shifts.
