We’re looking for a dynamic nursing leader with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to provide hands‑on, visible nursing leadership. You’ll take charge of assessing care needs, shaping responsive care plans, and ensuring the highest standards of care for residents.

• Registered Nurse (NMC pin) with residential care experience.
• Strong care planning and documentation skills.
