Goldex Investments Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a Costa Coffee store in West Malling. You will be responsible for the store, stock, standards, team, labour, customers and coffee, driving sales and ensuring exceptional customer service.
You will recruit, train and coach your team, manage day-to-day operations, plan rotas, monitor compliance, control costs and maintain brand standards. A hands-on, proactive leader with strong communication skills is essential.
