Here at UK Teach we're looking for a confident and people-focused person to join our friendly team as a Partnerships Executive.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, starting conversations and engaging proactively with customers. You'll be naturally curious, organised and confident communicating with people by phone, email and on Linked In. If you have experience in recruitment, education, customer service, account management or another relationship-focused role, we'd love to hear from you.
Who we are
UK Teach, part of Commercial Services Group (CSG), supports the education sector and education professionals across the UK with innovative recruitment solutions and resources.
Originally established as Kent Teach, our roots remain firmly in Kent, and we continue to support our long-standing customers and candidates while delivering our services through our new, innovative technology platform.
As we expand nationally, we're excited to support schools, trusts and education organisations across the UK by offering a better way to recruit. Our solutions help education providers save time and money while attracting, recruiting and retaining the very best talent.
We're passionate about supporting both employers and candidates through recruitment services and resources created by a team with extensive education sector expertise. By combining creativity, efficiency and a people-first approach, we're helping education organisations solve recruitment challenges and build stronger work forces.
Join our team and play a key role in delivering work that makes a real difference in education.

You'll work closely with the Head of Partnerships, supporting outreach activity, marketing campaigns and the progression of partnership opportunities. Success in this role comes from being confident, proactive and genuinely interested in building meaningful relationships within the education recruitment market.
