We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused New Home Sales Executive to join a residential development in West Malling, Kent.
This is a temp-to-perm opportunity
, ideal for a motivated sales professional looking to establish themselves within the new homes industry and secure a permanent position.
As a New Home Sales Executive, you will be responsible for delivering an excellent customer experience while maximising sales opportunities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Welcoming prospective buyers and conducting property viewings.
- Managing customer enquiries and following up on leads.
- Building relationships with potential purchasers and understanding their needs.
- Negotiating offers and progressing sales through to completion.
- Maintaining accurate customer records and sales information.
- Working towards sales targets and contributing to the success of the development.
- Confident, professional and engaging.
- Sales-driven, proactive and target-focused.
- Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
- An excellent communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
- Experienced in new homes, estate agency or a customer-facing sales environment, ideally.
- £32,000 basic salary.
- £60,000 OTE.
- Working hours of 9:30am – 5:30pm.
- Tuesday and Wednesday off.
