THE ASSOCIATE SOFTWARE ENGINEER ROLE

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who is keen to build real‑world experience across modern software development. You’ll be working on internal platforms used daily across the business, contributing to web applications, automation workflows, and AI‑driven initiatives.

You’ll collaborate closely with developers and product teams, turning ideas into working solutions while developing your skills in a supportive environment. There’s a strong emphasis on clean code, best practices, and continuous improvement.

ASSOCIATE SOFTWARE ENGINEER ESSENTIAL SKILLS
  • Experience with C# / .NET (or another server‑side language, but .NET is highly desirable)
  • Experience using version control tools such as Git
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and willingness to learn
  • Interest in AI tools and technologies (e.g. LLMs, Claude, Copilot, automation workflows)
