Ambient Warehouse Operative

We are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join a busy and fast-paced Waitrose distribution environment
. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals looking to build a career within logistics.

You will be working within a fast pace environment supporting the smooth running of operations to ensure orders are picked, packed, and dispatched efficiently. Heavy lifting is involved up to 40kg.

• Picking and packing customer orders accurately
• Working to targets and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Ensuring health & safety procedures are followed at all times
• Loading and unloading deliveries where required
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the workspace

• Ability to work in a cold environment
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous warehouse experience is beneficial
• Competitive hourly pay with evening premium rate
• Stable AM shift pattern - any 5 days out of 7 rota
