Seeking experienced Pediatric G-Tube, Tracheostomy, and Ventilator Nurse
Patient: 17-year-old
Location: West Melbourne, FL (32904)

Available Shifts:

• Day Shift: Monday Friday, 7:00 AM 5:30 PM

• Night Shift: Monday Sunday, 11:00 PM 7:00 AM

Responsibilities of Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)

• Medication administration per physician orders
• Physician ordered treatments for:
  • Nutrition via a feeding tube
  • Tracheostomy care
  • Suctioning nasal, oral and/or endotracheal
  • Ventilation care
  • Seizure assessment and treatment

Requirements for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)

• Current, active Florida LPN license
• Current BLS CPR card (obtained in-person, not online)
• G-tube, trach, vent experience
• TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
• Alzheimer's training - 2 Hour DOEA Approved Course (provided at no cost if needed)
• 1
  - Hour DOEA Alzheimer's Video (provided free of cost on DOEA website)
