Join our team at the Dollar Tree Distribution Center in West Memphis, AR as a Safety & Sanitation Department Manager
.
Shift: 1st – Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
Pay: $75k–$85k per year
Responsibilities- Support warehouse safety, sanitation, and Compliance Manager
- Indirectly manage sanitation associates
- Support ordering and inventory of safety supplies, PPE, and sanitation chemicals
- Assist with new hire training, Safety Orientation, and ongoing compliance training
- Review compliance with OSHA regulations, food safety standards, and company policies
- Prepare for and support internal and external audits (ISO 22000, Eurofins, SGS, BRC)
- Conduct inspections, incident investigations, root‑cause analysis, and CAPA
- Analyze data to identify trends and implement proactive improvements
- Communicate effectively with hourly associates, peers, and senior leadership
- Serve as a visible leader who drives accountability, empowerment, and operational excellence
- Execute all duties in accordance with company policies and non‑negotiables of safety, sanitation, quality, and operational standards
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in distribution, manufacturing, or warehouse operations
- Solid knowledge of safety (OSHA), sanitation, food safety (HACCP), and quality systems
- Previous experience supporting ISO 22000, Eurofins, SGF, BRC, or similar audits preferred
- Strong leadership, analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Flexible to work all shifts (days, nights, weekends) as business needs require
