Warren Oil Company has an immediate opening for an exciting new role as Corporate Manufacturing Facilities Engineer based out of our West Memphis, AR location. The ideal candidate will lead the processes of planning and direction of the design, construction, modification, continued performance and maintenance of equipment and machines in all six operating manufacturing plants.
Manufacturing Facilities EngineerDuties & Responsibilities
- Plan, direct and coordinate manufacturing activities in six blending and packaging facilities
- Implement solutions to improve the flow of production
- Responsible for overseeing any modifications and maintenance of equipment and machinery
- Initiate and monitor all capital improvement projects and installations
- Assist in design, electrical, mechanical, and all aspects of equipment layout development work in connection with equipment or rearrangements in facilities
- Offer advice on equipment and machinery positioning on the factory floor to maximize production levels
- Collaborate with production, maintenance, engineering and senior management on regular basis
- Evaluate all production activities and prepare reports for all related activities
- Continuous process improvements
- Other duties as assigned
- Mechanical Engineering Degree or other related discipline
- 15 years' experience working with blending and packaging production equipment (petroleum or chemical industry preferred)
- Technical and supervisory experience in electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, instrumentation, automation and computer fields
- Strong working knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLC) and computer automation theories (software and hardware)
- Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management (CMM), such as work order and preventive maintenance generation, parts procurement, systems and procedures in petroleum or chemical plants.
Must be able to travel among the company's five operating facilities as required.
