Slot Attendant, Southland Casino

Delaware North Gaming is hiring a part‑time Slot Attendant to join our team at Southland Casino in West Memphis. As a Slot Attendant, you will work on the gaming floor, contributing to a successful gaming operation by maintaining floor equipment and assisting gaming guests as needed.

Please note that this is a tipped position; the hourly minimum pay listed does not include potential tipped earnings.

$11.00 - $11.00 / hour

• Monitor slot machines, changing and fixing ticket paper as needed
• Perform adjustments to slot machines, resolving problems such as jams or machine tilts, and perform minor repairs or contact a repair technician or supervisor for assistance as needed
• Record the specifics of malfunctioning machines and document malfunctions needing repair
• Patrol assigned areas to ensure that players follow rules, machines function correctly, and assist guests

• Must be 21 years of age
• No diploma required
• Ability to obtain and maintain a state gaming license
• Excellent guest service skills
• Ability to perform basic math calculations and accurately handle large sums of money

• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
• Frequent standing and walking for the entire length of shift
• Exposure to secondhand smoke and moderate to high noise levels at times
