Occupational Therapist (OT) – Full Time at The Springs of Broadway – West Memphis, AR

Job Type: Full-Time

About Us: At The Springs of Broadway, we’re dedicated to helping residents regain independence and improve their daily quality of life through compassionate, individualized rehabilitation services. Located in West Memphis, AR, our skilled nursing and rehab facility offers a supportive, team-focused environment where clinicians can truly make a meaningful impact. We are seeking a driven and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our in-house rehab team full time!

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate residents with functional, mobility, and self-care deficits
  • Develop and implement customized treatment plans that promote independence and safety
  • Provide interventions focused on ADLs, strengthening, functional mobility, cognition, and adaptive equipment training
  • Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team including nursing, PTs, SLPs, and families
  • Complete thorough and timely documentation in accordance with state, federal, and facility guidelines
  • Educate residents, families, and staff on care strategies, equipment use, and therapy goals
  • Monitor progress and adjust treatments to achieve optimal functional outcomes
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Current Arkansas OT license (or eligibility for licensure)
  • CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
  • Previous SNF experience preferred, but not required
