Physical Therapist (PT) – Full Time at The Springs of Broadway – West Memphis, AR
Job Type: Full-Time
At The Springs of Broadway, we’re committed to helping residents regain strength, mobility, and independence through compassionate, evidence‑based rehabilitation. Located in West Memphis, AR, our skilled nursing and rehab facility offers a warm, collaborative environment where clinicians can make a real difference. We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our in‑house rehab team full time!
Responsibilities:Evaluate residents with mobility, strength, balance, and functional movement impairments
Develop and carry out individualized treatment plans to restore function and promote safe mobility
Provide therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance training, pain management, and functional mobility interventions
Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team including nursing, OTs, SLPs, and families
Document evaluations, progress notes, and treatments in compliance with state, federal, and facility guidelines
Educate residents, families, and staff on mobility strategies, safety, and therapy goals
Continuously monitor progress and modify treatment plans to maximize outcomes
Doctorate or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
Current Arkansas PT license (or eligibility for licensure)
CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
Strong communication, assessment, and teamwork skills
SNF experience preferred but not required
