PayMinimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $84,200 – $113,700 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range.

- Train, develop, and lead associates across the food and beverage teams.
- Motivate associates and ensure they follow company guidelines when providing customer service to guests.
- Establish and maintain safety and sanitation procedures; ensure proper repair and maintenance of food service equipment.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and company regulations regarding the sale of alcohol, OSHA, payroll, and employment guidelines.
- Determine and control staffing levels in an effort to maximize net returns while maintaining guest service levels.
- Verify, prepare, and submit reports and monthly projections as required, as well as ensure effective systems for cash, inventory, and payroll procedures are in place.
- Develop strategic and innovative revenue-generating concepts; be knowledgeable of industry-related trends.
- Communicate and work with the management team to ensure food and beverage departments run efficiently and provide quality products.
- Minimum of 7 years’ hospitality management experience.
- Must possess strong communication and listening skills.
- Working knowledge of various software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and POS systems.
- Ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers and employees with high levels of patience, tact, and diplomacy.
- Established assessment and decision-making skills with proven ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organisation.
- Excellent time management, organisational, and follow-up skills. Ability to set priorities, organise time, demonstrate initiative, and work independently.
- High energy with effective and influential people skills. Positive attitude and the desire to motivate others.
- Previous experience in large-scale hospitality or related industry preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, or equivalent subject preferred.
