We’re looking for a people-first Warehouse Supervisor who can lead, manage, and hold a team accountable (LMA) while creating a positive, productive environment. This role oversees daily warehouse operations, coaches team members, sets clear expectations, and ensures the team is aligned on safety, quality, and efficiency. The ideal candidate cares deeply about developing people, communicating clearly, and building a team culture where everyone knows what success looks like and feels supported in achieving it.

• 5 leadership practices + 5 management practices
• Ensure all stock is being put away on‑time, correctly, and in the approved locations

• Maintaining integrity of the inventory, measuring and minimizing inventory loss
• Manage inventory count schedule, assign counting duties, and verify results
• Log and locate 'Cannot Finds' and determine the root cause of their occurrence and facilitate the solving of those issues for good

• All orders ship on time or early
• Proactively communicate with sales/accounting regarding any possible issues
• Maintain relationships with shippers

• Oversee a regular inventory of supplies necessary for processing and warehouse needs
• Delegate weekly counts to ensure par levels are in accordance with expectations with special consideration made for upcoming projects
• Creating and maintaining relationships with our vendors

• Onboard new team members into our UET and EOS culture. Train them in job‑specific processes as documented in The UET Way, including evaluation/assessment
• Provide one‑to‑one coaching to improve efficiency and quality performance
• Troubleshoot efficiency and quality issues, working with team members and direct reports to identify the root cause and remedy it for good
