• Shipping & Receiving (60%)
  • Load and unload trucks and containers
  • Inspect all parts for quality and accuracy upon receipt and before shipment
  • Count, stack, bundle, band, and palletize parts
  • Move materials from stock to shipping area using material handling equipment
  • Assemble parts and follow double-count procedures to ensure correct quantities
  • Communicate with other departments to verify part availability and status
  • Accurately complete and log all shipping and receiving documentation
• Work Area Organization (10%)
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment
  • Properly label and return products to their designated locations
  • Keep pallets, racks, and shelves orderly and safe
• Safety & Compliance (15%)
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures
  • Use all required personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • Report or correct any unsafe conditions or equipment malfunctions
  • Ensure all federal and local safety standards are met

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read and interpret drawings
• Accurate measurement skills using both metric and imperial systems
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Physically able to perform labor-intensive tasks in all weather conditions
• Strong attendance and reliability
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
