If you've got sharp eyes and take pride in doing it right, this Quality Inspector job in West Memphis has your name on it. You'll inspect, measure, and make sure every product meets the mark before it hits the floor.

• Schooling: High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Background: 1-2 years of experience in quality, auditing, distribution, or manufacturing helps you hit your stride. Knowledge of Six Sigma, ISO requirements, and a basic understanding of Quality Management Systems is required.
• Sharp Eyes: You notice what others overlook.
• Physical Ability: Stay on your feet, handle materials safely, and keep pace with the crew.
• Team Mentality: Reliable, steady, and proud to be part of a crew that values doing things right.
• Preferred: Six Sigma Yellow Belt or willingness to obtain.
• Preferred: Experience with statistical quality control or ISIR inspections.

You’ll be right on the floor where the action happens. You’ll inspect, measure, and track the quality that keeps production steady. You’ll spot issues before they become problems and work with the crew to keep everything safe and smooth.
