  • Monitoring industrialization activities using Industrial Maturity Follow‑Up (IMFU) and ensuring the completion of deliverables such as industrial documentation, manufacturing equipment, and ERP master data.
  • Contributing to the logistics strategy definition with the Project Supply Chain Manager (PrSCM).
  • Managing production planning during the pre‑serial phase and ensuring internal FAIs are performed on schedule for Serial Go.
  • Driving improvement action plans to achieve Industrial QCD targets.
  • Performing gap analysis with the Reference Library and identifying impacts on manufacturing processes.
  • Planning and organizing the training and qualification of manufacturing teams, including blue‑collar workers on special processes.
